These E-Proofs are privileged and copy written.
Any unauthorized use of these files by any unintended recipient is prohibited.

This image may appear larger than actual production size depending on the resolution of your monitor.

Artwork specifications for printing/manufacturing:

We can accept the following files…..Some of our products need specific software for manufacturing purposes.

Adobe Illustrator
Save as Illustrator or Illustrator EPS. Type as outlines. This is the best type of file for us to use. Call out all colors in PMS numbers. We will do our best to match as close as possible. Many print jobs are CMYK and not color call out.Photoshop FILES.
TIFF (.TIF) files with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Lower resolution will print rough or incur art charges to clean up. .jpg & .gif Images copied from the web, usually do not have the detail required. Large files may need to be compressed.
Quark Express
Please be sure to outline all fonts and linked images in graphic. Save as EPS.
Corel Draw
Must be exported as .AI file with text converted to curves.
Freehand
Save as EPS, with text converted to paths.
PC Computers
When using a PC, please be sure to save files in .AI, .EPS or .TIF formats so we may open them easily. Outline all fonts.
Media
We can accept your files on via email or aon a floppy disk, Zip disk or CD. If your disk must be returned, please include return label.
Using online images
Images published in the United States are automatically copyrighted by their owners, even if they do not explicitly carry a copyright warning. You may not reproduce copyright images without their owner’s permission, except in “fair use” cases,
Other Files
Please call when you have a file not mentioned above. Files that may require art charges are .JPG, .GIF, .DOC, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint etc. This is usually because these files are either too low in resolution (image quality) or do not contain usable art. We have methods of extracting something from most files sent, but results may vary.
File compression for disk or e-mail.
For larger files we recommend using compression software whenever possible for disk and e-mail files. This helps files arrive without errors. Use Stuff-it, Disk Doubler, .SIT, .SEA or PKZIP.
